The Low Down
The Extras: The restaurant charges a flat gratuity fee of 20 percent, regardless of your party's size.
Look Good: The blue wooden doors at the entrance don't open. Instead, two glass panels to the left and right of the doors open upon approach.
What to Drink: The wine list is exceptional but pricey. It's worth it to splurge on wine pairings.
Know Before You Go: Dinner is $275, with choice of a regular or vegetarian nine-course menu. Friday through Sunday, a five-course lunch menu costs $175.
