The Low Down

What to Drink: The wine list offers over 20 wines by the glass, and the bar whips up specialty cocktails with fresh seasonal juices, along with classics like dark and stormys.

The Extras: Indulge guilt free: American sturgeon caviar is environmentally sustainable, as the eggs are harvested (by caesarean!) and the fish left to live, swim and spawn again.

Parking: Parking on the street near here can be difficult, but it can be done. Snag a meter on Vine but make sure you read the signs--even at night. You may park in the garage below (same as the Borders/Bed, Bath & Beyond bldg) and get validation, but it will cost you (free with validation to to one hour). $2 every half hour thereafter.

Where to Sit: A charming courtyard patio in front is shaded by market umbrellas by day, and made toasty with heat lamps by night--it's great for larger groups.

What to Order: The Hungry Cat is know for seafood, and especially crabs and oysters. The oysters here are top notch and expertly ordered by a staff who knows what is in season.
