What to Drink: Handmade specialty cocktails with fresh juices include the Mandarin on Fire made with Absolut, fresh orange, lime and serrano chiles; and the Basil Sling with junipero, basil honey syrup and soda water. Echigo, Asahi and Sapporo beers are offered, along with Veuve Cliquot.
When to Go: Happy hour runs weekdays from 4-7pm and all day Sunday at the bar and lounge. Well drinks are half off, while specialty drinks and sake are $2 off. There's also discounted appetizers.
The Extras: Vegetarians will find many dishes to choose from, including agedashi tofu, green tea noodles, vegetable tempura, clear mushroom soup, and baby spinach salad; five special vegetarian rolls include the Futo Veggie Maki with asparagus, kaiware, gobo, cucumber and avocado.
