The Low Down
On the Menu: Sticky, darkly glazed chicken wings and souped-up sliders highlight a predictable menu of gentrified bar grub. The overall quality is good though, and substantial enough to count as dinner, not just nibbles.
Parking: If you can't find a spot at a meter on Division, try prowling on Damen and be prepared to pony up some quarters for the meters.
When to Go: Game time. The flatscreens are positioned well in all the right places and the food is probably better than your local's.
Where to Sit: Forget sitting---stand around the glass railing on the upper level for some of the finest people watching in town. This way you get a sense of the fray below without actually having to use those elbows. If you must, the bank of seats on the main level is prime, too.
