Where to Sit: The full menu isn't served at the bar (which accommodates walk-ins), but impressive limited offerings feature wagyu-wrapped shishito peppers with quail egg and truffled Hokkaido scallop mousse. There's also a sushi and sashimi menu.

The Extras: There are five private dining rooms seating eight to 16 people--the coolest ones are more intimate semi-private tables that can be screened off in the main dining areas.

What to Drink: The stylish cocktail bar features roomy marble tables, gold bar stools and global tunes. Its glassed-in cellar offers superior California and French wines with two dozen by the glass. No corkage allowed. House cocktails include the Acai lemonade and spiced pineapple mojito.
