The Extras: If you’re dining as a duo, consider splitting the tarte flambee or whole-roasted chicken (for deux, naturally), which are both wood-fired in the oven.

Know Before You Go: The restaurant adds an 18 percent service charge to checks, but tips are not required, the policy for the rest of the hotel. You heard that right: You are not expected to tip the bellhops, the aestheticians, anyone. Of course, the extra dollars are always a nice gesture.
